SMALL CAP LOAN PROGRAM
2:1 Loans

For borrowers who do not have the $10M minimum to participate in our flagship loan program (the “Multiples Program” where we lend 3 to 4X of the amount the project has already raised), or don't need a loan in excess of $25M USD, FundingNet has created the “Small Cap Loan Program”. If you have $3M USD or more in funds already raised, under this program we can lend up to 2X that amount to complete your project.
Just as with our Multiples Program, the borrower would have their qualifying capital held in escrow, under cover of an escrow agreement with an appointed attorney that would be representing you, and while those funds are in escrow they would earn the funds-owner the same 5% per year as in our Multiples Program. We would then lend them the 2X amount they need to complete their project, while their funds remain safely undepleted and unencumbered in safekeeping. FundingNet and our loan funds assume all the risk of the project, and no matter whether the project is a success or failure the client always gets their qualifying capital back at the end of the Loan cycle.
This program is considerably more attractive to most entertainment projects, as well as smaller projects requiring under $20M, as it suits their funding needs more accurately than the larger loans in the Multiples Program.
